Education: IN ADDITION TO ALL OF Dave's REAL ESTATE TRAINING AND COURSES (ON-GOING BY THE WAY) I have an Honours Graduation Diploma from Seneca College of Applied Arts and Technology. I also have a whole host of other training courses both professional and personal behind me. Currently I am working on my Brokers designation.

Community Involvement:   I have a great interest in, and keep up with what is going on in our community including recent official planning changes from the Town and Province.

I've been a member of both the Barrie and Innisfil Chambers of Commerce, serving for a time as  President of the Innisfil Chamber of Commerce.

A couple of things that have happened in the last couple of years stand out in my mind:

1.  On the date that Title Search came due on an Agreement of Purchase, I called the Lawyer's office to make sure everything was still on track. The Lawyer was shocked, no Realtor had ever called her about this before. She was impressed.  

I am recognized for my thoroughness and the fact that I take care to follow up on details so things don't fall apart at the last minute.  Nothing could be more upsetting to a buyer or a selleor

2.  A few days later, I was sitting just having a general chat with some others in my business and mentioned that I recently had a bit of juggling to do in order to be present at a closing on the same property. A couple of the others present looked and me and said "You attend closings?? Why?" If I have to explain it to them, they obviously won't get it. I work on Commission, I need to earn it, as well as your trust and referrals. Nuff said.
